- Sales and reselling of Microsoft and PrefSuite software licenses.
- Bare metal servers hosting and hardware infrastructure services.
- Software development, implementation, and maintenance for PrefSuite and related business applications.

- Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
- AI and Machine Learning solutions
- Azure Cognitive Services (e.g., vision, language, speech, decision APIs)
These services are tailored to support business efficiency, digital transformation, and data-driven decision-making.
3. Customer Responsibilities
By using UAB Uniwave services, customers agree to:
- Maintain compliance with all relevant software license agreements (e.g., Microsoft, PrefSuite).
- Ensure proper and lawful use of cloud and hosted services.
- Provide accurate technical and business requirements to enable service delivery.
- Secure their credentials and access to hosted environments and software systems.
4. Data Protection and Security
UAB Uniwave is committed to protecting customer data:
- All services are delivered in accordance with GDPR and applicable data protection laws.
- We implement industry-standard security practices for hosted environments and software systems.
- Data handled through Microsoft Cloud and PrefSuite systems remains under the ownership and control of the client.
5. Service Availability and Limitations
UAB Uniwave strives to provide high availability and performance, but service levels may be affected by:
- External platform limitations (e.g., Microsoft Azure availability, PrefSuite updates).
- Infrastructure maintenance or upgrades.
- Events beyond our control, such as internet outages or force majeure situations.
We are not responsible for service limitations caused by third-party vendors or infrastructure providers.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service access if:
- There is a violation of these Terms,
- A customer fails to fulfill payment or license obligations,
- Unauthorized or harmful activities are detected.
Customers may discontinue services by providing written notice in accordance with contractual terms.

These Terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in services or legal requirements. Updates will be posted on our official website or communicated directly. Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
